IT CAN ONLY GET BETTER!

Just when you feel like you are loosing it,
just when you feel like you can't stand,
just when you feel like a complete failure,
always know that He is there.

Even when you feel like you are falling deep
down into an unending hole,
and it seems like you will never reach the end,
when you look and all hope seems lost,
remember, He is near.

Many times you have cried and cried,
you have beaten yourself, blaming yourself
for everything that's gone wrong,
you look up, and all you see
is nothing but dark clouds,
never forget, He cares.

You have reached your wits end,
can't stand the depression, the hurt,
the rejection, the pain.
you are about to throw in the towel,
give up on all your dreams & aspirations.
you feel like you are going to
break completely,
and if nothing is done fast,
you just might do the unimaginable,
i tell you, dear friend, like i
would tell myself (even now)
DON'T GIVE UP!!!

What doesn't kill you, certainly
makes you stronger.
Yes! Even when you feel your last strength
leaving you,
Even when you feel the whole world
crumbling down on you,
Look up to God, and never loose
sight of Him.

It's not easy to hold on to hope,
when you are weak and heavy laden.
It's so difficult to remember to pray,
when really ugly situations arise.
But that is when you should learn
to be silent, to meditate.
Never try to fight back, because
you can never win the battle
by your power, intelligence
or wisdom.

Learn to call on Him when trouble
sets in,
tell Him exactly how you feel,
even though He already knows.
Then, like a wrestler in a tag team match,
hand over the battle to Him.
Never tell Him what to do,
because He knows the best way to handle it.

Today, i can share this with you,
because i have encountered a few battles,
at first, i fought back, hoping to win,
but i ended up defeated, shamefully,
Until i learnt how to give it all to God,
holding nothing back,
and He began to give me victory
on all sides.

So, i know someone needs to be encouraged,
and so i tell you, and you, and you too.
HOLD ON....IT CAN ONLY GET BETTER!!!
